Please correct me, but it seems like an analogy would be you are trying to smear someone for having a relative that sold peanuts to the Peanut Corporation of America. I tried to make a logical connection and found nothing of substance.

An office belonging to a sub-corporation of a loose-knit $50 billion conglomerate spread across 136 countries was contracted to market his brother's $50 million investment fund.
The head honcho of the conglomerate is being accused of fraud.
The connection is tenuous.

Ya know, it's funny how theminority party decries this kind of conclusion of 'corruption' when it' applied to their members (hint... Halliburton ? ) and then waves stuff around when the shoe is on the other foot.
But then they're all the same. How else are ya gonna pay for all that campaign money ?

A son and a brother of Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.) are accused in two lawsuits of defrauding a former business partner and an investor of millions of dollars in a hedge fund deal that went sour, court records show.
that's just one side of a smearing "he said she said court " circus suit routine.
Talk show hosts and smearer/'journalists' will pick choice nuggets and write what they will.
