... the SICB pulling out of New Orleans is really bad news for this city, which desperately needs the tourism dollars.
And yes, it's generally perceived down here that he's doing a good job as Governor, but I'm not sure that perception itself is a good sign.

Even the Catholic church (Jindal converted to Catholicism) advised him to not take that stance. I'm beginning to think he's using this whole religious thing as a ploy.
