Mickey Rourke, Scarlett Johansson suit up for 'Iron Man 2'
Pair will play villains in superhero sequel
Mickey Rourke will wrestle with Tony Stark.
The "Wrestler" star has signed on to play villainous Crimson Dynamo in the "Iron Man" sequel, sources say, which would pit him against Robert Downey Jr. as Stark. The casting had been rumored but not confirmed as early as January. Also joining the film is Scarlett Johansson who will play Stark's lover and rival Natasha Romanoff, also known as the Black Widow.
The Black Widow role had been courted by "The Wolfman's" Emily Blunt, but contract issues prevented her from taking the role. The movie has already seen several casting changes, most notably last October with Don Cheadle replacing Terrence Howard as Stark's friend and ally Jim Rhodes.
The tentatively titled "Iron Man 2" is set to hit theaters on May 7, 2010.

I'd read that Johansson was out and Rourke was playing an amalgam of Crimson Dynamo and Whiplash. Also that Rourke almost didn't do it after they offered him a "paltry" sum.
