I'd like to see Apple tell them to go fsck themselves on this one and withdraw the iTunes store from them if it passes. Not so much because I'm a fan of "closed" file architecture but I just don't dig their Gov't trying to strong arm Apple. No one is forcing anyone to buy into Apple's offerings. I'd like to see the heat the French Gov't would get from the people, mainly. Should be interesting.
