Sounds interesting but it also sounds like you may or may not actually get the scope...

If the optics are any good, that's an awesome price.
'Problem is the plastic Barlow lens. I don't think it's going to be a clear enough view to make out the major craters of the moon. There's a nice sample image of the moon in the FAQ that was made with a "prototype," but without the specs of that device, there's no telling whether the sample is likely to represent the view through the production-model.
I think I'm gonna wait and see what people think when they get the first batch out.
