Directions for connecting Ubuntu to Internet via AEBS? - JEBB - 03-25-2006

Has anyone seen easy directions for connecting Ubuntu to the Internet via an Airport Extreme Base Station?

I have Ubuntu loaded on my old Compaq laptop with a Zonet Wifi card, a card that reportedly works well with Ubuntu.

The Network settings windows have many, many boxes to fill. So I also need directions to a site where there are definitions for such terms. I've known some of them in the past but have forgotten most.

Thanks

It shouldn't be that hard. You activate the wireless card, and then either assign it an IP address, or tell it to use DHCP if you have that set up in your network.

I had left out one value. Now it works! Thanks.
