Not the original Terminator, he was an AppleII.:
Shots through the Terminator's vision shows a dump of the ROM assembler code for the Apple II operation system. If you own an Apple II, enter at the basic prompt: ] call -151 * p This will give you the terminator view. Other code visible is written in COBOL.

The above quote, I think has a mistake, the POV shots with the Skull and Crossbones were of the Cain Robot, not RoboCop (I think the reference was a general one of the movie itself), I remember before the movie was released in 1990, Apple had them remove the Apple logo.

It gets worse. In T-3, they're still using OS9:

Edit: Whoops, G-man, I actually misread your post as being about the original Terminator movie. It actually applies to T-3 -- though also true of the original film. Pretty amazing, eh?

Seacrest is that a reprint (repost)? I know it shows todays date, but I could have sworn I read that somewhere years ago, or at least major chunks of it.

Even in the dystopian future, the artificial intelligences are afraid of Windows viruses and spyware.
Hmm- maybe the military SHOULD use Windows. Then that hardware won't get intelligent and try to kill us all.

Motorola never made the 6502; they had a competing design, the 6800/6802/6805/6809. The 6502 was initially made by MOS Technologies, then later by Synertek, Rockwell and many others.
