T-Mobile My Touch - hmm, I wonder where they came up with that name - Wags - 07-31-2009

Saw one yesterday and I have to say it looks pretty slick. Runs on the Google OS open system and there are a lot of free apps for it already since its the replacement for the G1. I already have the T-Mobile unlimited minute plan my monthly bill would come in at between $80 and $85 for the whole package. Hits the stores next week:

The new Touch Me is out.

What is it?

My son in law just got one of those. It's an unabashed clone of the iPhone OS, but still has the tMobile reliance on a few hard buttons on the face, and the OS isn't as intuitive as the iPhone interface (as expected).

NOT an 'iPhone Killer".

Yes, but looks like a better deal since the same plan with AT&T would cost me $45 a month extra. Over the 2 year commitment that would be over a grand.
