But analysts say this will likely mean more pent-up demand for Creative Suite 5 when it launches...."
Really?....hmmmm...well, anyway, don't expect prices on CS5 to drop after this acquisition.

I'm not familiar with Omniture, but I dispute that the recession is failing to drive CS4's sales figures.
The suite is nearing feature saturation already, and the upgrade cost is steep even in boom times. I do agree that CS5 will be better received, as most people will be want to pair its 64 bitness with Snow Leopard.
