Re: Snow Leopard bug - michaelb - 10-13-2009

Well yesterday the tone of that thread was the people were skeptical this was a real bug. The news today, or rumor today, is that Apple has acknowledged it.

I don't use a guest account, so this won't happen to me. It doesn't seem like this happens to everyone. So the scope of this is uncertain at this point. But it does seem to be serious.

Re: Snow Leopard bug - Greg - 10-13-2009

I am still skeptical.

Nah. Just being contrary. :-)

I've never coded anything resembling an OS, but I do wonder how this happens?

Well, Apple characterized it as being "extremely rare," so I think you're right. Big Grin
