...I wonder about the thought process of the marketing genius who came up with the brand name Boar's Head. It's bad enough to realize most of that stuff is made from "parts", but why do I have to be constantly reminded of it?

It's a distinctive name, and they have branded well... My ex- would only eat Boar's Head roast beef when craving deli meats - it helped to be able to look for their logo in the window.
As for me, i've been a vegetarian for so long i don't think too much about the 'parts.'

Note to self.. pick up some Head Cheese at the market...
(not really... but I was surprised that the local supermarket had fresh made-in-house Head Cheese and Blood Sausage last week! You don't see those much...)

For years these used to be just Brains Faggots but recently they have added the "Mr", maybe people misunderstood the ingredients. I actually liked them.
