I have a "new" iMac still in the box and now this - Mac1337 - 10-20-2009

I have to check with our procurement to find out how, or if, I can get this exchanged for a new iMac. Got it about two weeks ago but been too busy to even take it out of the box. What is Apple's policy?

Been there, done that with smaller hardware.

I've tried not to buy hardware just because it's priced right. Too often I'd put it aside and by the time I got 'round to it, I'd run across better prices for the goodies. Usually they weren't worth the time and trouble to driver or mail them back, even if I discovered the lower price within the allowed window.

It was purchased by a institutional PO. The link says all sales are final. Doesn't sound right. Where do they get all these refurbs then?

The last iMac I bought an iMac they said it was 14 days, so you need to call now.
