The fabulous world of online shopping errors - laarree - 12-01-2009 I ordered a psychology book entitled "Malignant Self Love: Narcissism Revisited" (don't ask...) from Barnes & Noble's website for the first time in years a couple of days ago after years of being an Amazon purist, and found the package sitting on my desk at work today, pleased that it had arrived so promptly. I opened it up, and discovered that I had received instead a 12-DVD boxed set of "The Rogers & Hammerstein Collection", featuring "Oklahoma', "Carousel", "The Sound of Music", etc. Way to go, Barnes & Noble!
