I had my annual physical today and I am officially under 200 pounds. I was approaching 250 when I started seeing the nutritionist a couple of years ago at the suggestion of my doc. This morning the real scale in the doc's office showed 198 pounds (fully clothed, but I took off my shoes). At 6'2", I can live with that. Now to just keep it there...
