Plants Versus Zombies for Hackintosh - wowzer - 12-05-2009

If you have a gigabyte EP45-UD3P motherboard, you can play Plants versus Zombies. The V3 Stella's hack will magically make Plants Versus Zombie think it's a real MacPro.

Wheeeew! Now I can stop playing on my dell mac mini, mac mini, Lenovo PC...plus a few others to boot. Yeah!

Re: Plants Versus Zombies for Hackintosh - volcs0 - 12-05-2009

I just downloaded the game from PopCap Games and am playing on my Hackintosh UD3P without any problems... am I missing something without that "hack?"

Re: Plants Versus Zombies for Hackintosh - Dick Moore - 12-05-2009

No, you'r not missing anything. Whatever DSDT and kexts you're using are working just fine.

Re: Plants Versus Zombies for Hackintosh - wowzer - 12-06-2009

Don't play too long...Plants versus Zombies is really addicting.

I guess you installed with the proper files.

I was running a hack that didn't have the correct dsdt and kexts and the popcap games wouldn't run.
