I'm in the same boat. Amazon has individual for $71 and family for $100. I got burned on an ebay family pack last year; turns out it was only and individual and I had to pay Apple the difference.

If you plan ahead and have plenty of time, otherwise if you forget like I do with day left someone will do a Buy it Now around $55 and they will email you the code.
