They all seem to be single core Atoms. The newest is the n450. Id go with that. http://blog.laptopmag.com/5-things-you-need-to-know-about-intels-atom-n450-processor

For my money, I'd surely wait to check out the iPad first. With either Bluetooth keyboard or dock keyboard, it will do most of what I would want.
