AMAZON Credits expire tonight! - space-time - 02-01-2010
there were a few deals when you got some Amazon credits, and some of those expire tonight!
does anyone know where to check if there is still some credits left? I cannot see that option.

Amazon credits don't usually expire.
I suppose maybe some credits that are specifically to be used for things like streaming video might expire, although mine never have.
If you have credits for a tv show or movie download, you can check to see what the present value is by loading the product page for a movie or tv show and clicking the link to show your promotional balance.
Here's one such link at the page for Heroes, episode 1.

For mp3s, go to the MP3 store and select a song/album. Underneath the Buy button there's a link to "Redeem a gift card or promotion code & view balance".
Probably something similar for videos.

Do those credits only apply to album purchases?
I don't see a Redeem button when I select a single.

I am not sure, I bought a $5 album I wanted to buy anyway and the balance stayed the same, then I rented a movie and the balance decreased, I believe they are good only for VOD (Video On Demand)?
at least in my case....
Also, I have about $33 worth of VOD credits, but I had to find the old email and apply the code, otherwise the balance is not updated. so check your old emails and apply those codes
