favorite vampire movie? - lazydays - 03-03-2010 I've finished the 2nd underworld movie, still need to watch the third, but I'm wondering what everyone's favorite vampire movies are? Make a list... :-) Re: favorite vampire movie? - MacArtist - 03-03-2010 The Hunger Re: favorite vampire movie? - bazookaman - 03-03-2010 In no particular order... Fright Night Blade Salem's Lot Interview with a Vampire Nosferatu Underworld Life Force Lost Boys Near Dark edit: I do have a current favorite that I forgot: Let the Right One In (very well done and unfortunately set for an american remake)) Re: favorite vampire movie? - ztirffritz - 03-03-2010 The Lost Boys Buffy the Vampire Slayer Innocent Blood - I like this one because it was filmed in Pittsburgh http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0104511/ Re: favorite vampire movie? - ajakeski - 03-03-2010 Underworld. My choice hs nothing to do with vampires and everything to do with Kate Beckinsale wearing tight vinyl. ![]() Re: favorite vampire movie? - JoeM - 03-03-2010 ![]() Re: favorite vampire movie? - rz - 03-04-2010 I'm not a teenage girl, so I have no interest in vampires. Re: favorite vampire movie? - Paul F. - 03-04-2010 I'm one of the few people that actually liked Bram Stokers Dracula... but not for Winona Ryder or Keanu Reeves... (they were mis-cast in that movie, IMHO...). Gary Oldman and Anthony Hopkins were great... Blade, Lost Boys, Near Dark, and Fright Night also make my list. I have to see Underworld another time or two and see if it holds up after I get past Kate Beckinsale being hot. Someone once commented how "all that vinyl would make her all sweaty and gross..."... My reply to that silliness is; But think how much fun stripping her down, soaping her up, and washing her various sweaty parts would be! Interview With a Vampire was OK... but I couldn't get past Tom Cruise being Lestat. I liked the book too much to be able to set aside my mental picture of Lestat in favor of..... Tom Cruise. Gotta say that Kirsten Dunst did an outstanding job as Claudia. If you watch a few vampire movies and like them... consider reading Anne Rice's first 3-4 vampire novels (Interview with the Vampire, the Vampire Lestat, and Queen of the Damned are the first three). Or.. you know... just go out and rent "Embrace of the Vampire" to watch Alyssa Milano get all naked and slutty. ;-) Re: favorite vampire movie? - Don Kiyoti - 03-04-2010 Shadow of the Vampire Re: favorite vampire movie? - Article Accelerator - 03-04-2010 Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula.
