'Smallville' flies for a 10th season

Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Green Arrow will live on, since "Smallville" is back for more.

The CW announced Thursday (March 4) that it was renewing "Smallville" for a 10th season.

"Smallville," which stars Tom Welling in the retelling of the Superman legend, joins the previously announced "90210," "America's Next Top Model," "Gossip Girl," " Supernatural" and "The Vampire Diaries," all of which are also returning for another season....

I think maybe Seinfeld had the right idea about going out when you're at the top...

I am still watching. Some episodes are good but oh man when the bad ones show up I beat myself over the head for still watching. I was hoping they would cancel it so they would rush in with good stuff before going out.

Golly, I've missed nine seasons already?

Lex was the most entertaining character in the show. It is not as good without him.

Lex and Chloe are my favorites, although Lois garners no small share of my attention.

But the Smallville boat lost steerage and Michael knew it was time to disembark.

I still enjoy the show but it reminds me of how I felt about Lost.

The Kandor thing feels really, really old, and the new Tess spin is just another uninteresting WTF.

If Allison Mack left, I'd punch out in a heart beat.
