elevating your monitor - lazydays - 05-28-2010 I want to elevate my monitor to eye level to help with some neck strain I'm having. I would say the top of my monitor is about 1 inch below eye level now so that should be perfect. Will be interesting to see if it reduces neck strain next week when I'm staring at it for several days in a row. Re: elevating your monitor - Filliam H. Eyes level with the top of your monitor might be fine for a 13" crt, but I like the top of my 24" to be about an inch above my eye level.
