I'm feeling your pain.

I just booked in for a crown on January 4.
MacBook Pro right there.

If I had the time I'd got to Bangkok to get it done.
I could get the dental work done for a quarter of the price and have a nice holiday at a beach resort for the hell of it.

I understand that it's annoying when we have to change our plans but when the reason is our own health then we have to set priorities..... You see: a tooth is part of our body, a mac isn't. And something else: it's truth that my collegues in U.S are more expensive than Bangkok's but it's also truth that they have to pay huge insurance fees and that people there send them to court for malpractice even for rediculous reasons. Keep also in mind that there is significant difference between Thailand's income per capita and your income per capita. Most of Thailand's citizens don't even dream of buying a mac...
