Game of Thrones, season 1

Season 1 of Game of Thrones is over & was very well done. Having read the book, I could tell that a lot had been left out but it didn't seem to have affected the overall story & the final episode tied it all up nicely.

Joffery will be king throughout the next season but the 3rd season is the one that I'm looking forward to.

I just watched Episode 9 last night. Crazy way to end that one.

It seems that they kill off characters as quickly as they introduce new ones.

I haven't read the books, but have enjoyed the TV shows. I'm glad that things were wrapped up nicely with last night's episode, as I'd heard there could be a lot of loose ends.

Any idea when Season 2 starts? I hope it is not a huge wait. I'm also looking forward to HBO bringing back Boardwalk Empire.
