Comparing some prices across the water

I am on PagePlusCellular and I have the Talk n Text 1200 which is 1200 minutes, 3000 text/picture messages, and 250mb of data for $29.95 (all taxes included) per month (about £15 I think). I bought a HTC Incredible off CL for $125 about three years ago. It is a pay-as-you-go plan and works fine for me. It uses Verizon phones and network.

I have a smart phone with AT&T. I've had 450 minutes for $39.90 plus $15 for 200MB of data (I've had it awhile). My monthly bill was $60. I talked myself into adding texting for an additional $20. The texting plan is unlimited texting and includes unlimited mobile to any mobile. AT&T has roll-over and I must have over 3000 minutes of roll-over.

are you sure about that mobile to any mobile? i checked just a few months ago and plans below $69 do not include mobile to any mobile. ATT mobile to ATT mobile, yes, that's free but not to other mobile carriers. i remember to really having to click around to find the distinction as their wording of the feature is very cagey.
