Something bad happens to Bender - a building or spaceship or something falls on top of him - and he just walks away, lights a smoking implement or some such, and says, "I'm back, baby."

Googling shows that he said this line many times, but I'm trying to think of a particular scene.

It is from the episode "The Sting" ... where they go to collect space honey from space bees (they're no ordinary bees).

While collecting in the honeycombs (big ... yeah yeah yeah. They're not small? No no no.) Bender angers the queen bee, who attacks the crew.

He ends up grapsing on to her stinger. When she goes for the ship, her stinger (with Bender attached) gets caught in the cargo bay doors and wriggles around - it is at this point Bender says "I'm back, baby".
