Siri can't hear me

Ip6 running ios9. Siri worked yesterday but today can't hear me. Microphone works using Google maps. Did a hard restart and no love. Installing 9.01 but I doubt that will help. Any ideas?

Try disabling Bluetooth.

Happened to a friend last week: Walked away from her car and her phone thought she was still attached.

No worky. Also can't dictate in mail, but Google maps works fine by voice.

Got it in a case? Remove it from the case and try again.

Sometimes microphone permissions get wonky. I would try this (a guess):
Disable Siri.
Restart.
Enable Siri.
