must confess really enjoy macerbation, here is a good tip [ just a tip ]......

....I mean maceration....how to have really good maceration.....

....company had left over fruit in frig from event from evening event yesterday but was a bit withered up and dried from being on open plate for event [ they usually just throw in garbage because no one wants to eat 'ugly' looking dried up fruit ]......

........dumped in bowl [ the fruit was already pre-sliced: strawberries, cantelope, honeydew, blackberries, pineapples, etc. ].....added some cold water [ not a lot just enough to slightly moisten ].....sprinkled with some Splenda [ you can use sugar ].....tossed and left in frig for about 2 hours.

....fruit was rehydrated and sweet from macerating in the water/splenda liquid......end result had fruit salad snack [ and saved some bucks from having to buy fruit in cafeteria ]......
