with so much porn available on the internet for free, I don't understand how magazines like Playboy even turn a profit these days.

because Playboy is not porn, no matter what religious types might say.

it's sexually charged nudity.

when I was in college (mid-80s), I could sign them out from the information desk at the student union. and yes, I did read the articles, which were usually informative and interesting.
