I've used TypeIt4Me for many years (I believe since Mac System 7.x) and it works very well for me for both my work-related tasks and personal keyboard work. The developer has been very responsive to any questions I've had the few times I've needed to contact him. I frequently recommend TypeIt4Me to friends and co-workers who do a lot of keyboard work.
