Original Apple Studio Display: help me answer this question for a bidder
#1
On this auction I got this question:

What kinds of cables will be included? Can I use it with VGA connection?

It's an SVGA adapter/connector; what do I tell this guy?

What display are you really selling? You have a picture of a DVI connector, which isn't the "Original" Apple LCD (which was analog and had the video inputs) and was a dark "azul" color. It was followed by a blue and white display with the same feature set, followed by a graphite and white DVI model.

The original Azul model (I have this one) had a Macintosh video connector and needs a cheap adapter to work with VGA. Never seen a blue and white, so not sure what it has (either Mac video or VGA). A DVI model would not be compatible without an expensive adapter.

[EDIT/UPDATE] Okay, I cancelled the auction and will revise. I apparently misread/misviewed everything about this monitor and will fix and re-list with correct info.

Thanks!

I hate it when you end the auction early Ralph... and just as I was getting ready to make a really HUGE bid too! ;-)

I sensed that Ken which was why I killed it -- to save you from a bid you'd later regret.

And I do still have a 23" Apple HD Cinema Display up for sale, eh?

If only, if only...

It's tough being a Mac lover on the trailing edge... and broke!
