Tonight’s episode of Ken Burn’s Country Music on PBS titled “Hillbilly Shakespeare (1945-1953) is all about Hank Williams. I’ve never been a CW fan, but it’s been very interesting to see how closely CW is tied into other genres of American music. Who woulda thunk it?

Ken Burns could make a 6 hour, 3 part series on gray paint absolutely enthralling.

Not a Burns fan, but the portion of Tuesday night's show devoted to Hank Williams was memorable. Nothing I didn't know, but well presented, with some photos I'd never seen.
