Fun train video

I just bought a new oval track, put down new green grass, and bought a new engine. Unfortunately my 12ft tree tipped over and the water ruined the new grass. What format/encoding is this?

Mavericks here. In Firefox I get the sound, Safari doesn't even start.

It shows up as a broken graphic image for me, the Firefox internal graphic for: It will play if I click on the image, and select open in a new window/tab.

In Safari 12.1.2, I get a black screen a slash through the Play triangle.

In Firefox 70.0.1, I get a black screen, the MOV Play bar, with audio loading and playing intermittently. (That could be my poor throughput.)

I'm updating Firefox to 71 now.
