On-line vendors for FrontLine
#1
Looking to save money on FrontLine. It's $25 per tube at our local PetMart's Banfields animal hospital. Is Advantage K less effective than FrontLine? We do use FrontLine Plus on our 'baby' during the summer months. TiA

I've bought some Frontline on ebay--no problem, but I guess it depends on the vendor.

PetCareRX

or 1-800-PetMeds

I've used PetCareRX a couple of times.

PetCareRX right now has the better deal on the dosage I buy for Louie; that stuff keeps going up in price. Sad Both are offering free shipping, depending on how much you spend.

Edit: I should have suggested that you check with a farm supply store, if there's one in your area. I can get Frontline Plus there for much less than any of the online places. Unfortunately I didn't find out until after I bought from PetCareRX. Now all I have to do is remember that the next time I need to get some.

I buy it at the local Rural King store and I usually try to pick it up when they have a dog sale
(bring your dog in and get 10% off. I make Dazey earn her keep)

They sell it online too - good company.

Advantage - $42.99 / four months supply http://ruralking.com/rko/cart.cgi?PRODUCT=057120027&SPD=koU2317575627Js&AISLE=3479

Frontline+ $40.99 / 3 month supply http://ruralking.com/rko/cart.cgi?PRODUCT=057120195&SPD=koU2317575627Js&AISLE=3479

I've used both and asked several vets - they say both are fine

Probably other places online too.

Thanks everyone for the info and links. I shall check all of them out.

There are many horse ranches around in my area. Perhaps, there is one farm store at least.
