That is not Adobe ... at all. Any suggestions to re-size and perhaps edit photos? I'm now on 12.2 and my old copy of Photoshop won't work on this OS ... I'm not going to pay Adobe $25 a month ...

pixlr used to be completely free, I think this version is free too. Don't not know the free limitations though. https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/editor Free from Adobe? Whodathunkit! Have not tried this though. Googly search for free online image editor lists many options.

What they said.
PS and LR bundle is $10. since day one of the CC announcement. Im sure we have mentioned it a hundred times here. Even as a hobbyist, $10/mo for the most common software on the planet is a deal. fwiw, apple photos is a pretty dang powerful app if you just want to do the things you state -- and more. Simple to use as well, with real time previews. IMHO, photoshop could learn a few things from it. ![]()

Not online, but Affinity Photo has been talked about a lot here. It's $50 to buy (no subscription nonsense) and no one has had anything bad to say about it--except the interface is different than Photoshop.
