Just an update. We're all set. We bought pieces from the Mikasa website. Thanks to all for suggestions and for looking.

Okay, here's another weird one. My wife bought a set of dinnerware we like, but it included some pieces we don't care about, and some which we'd like more of. We were able to pick up a couple of odd pieces at the local HomeGoods for cheap, but haven't been able to find any more, at other nearby locations. So of course I thought of the forumites.
So, if in your travels to your local HomeGoods, you happen to notice any odd Mikasa pieces in the Tivoli Garden pattern, I'd be interested in buying some. Specifically, we're looking for the 11" dinner plate, the 9" lunch plate, and the 8.xx" short bowl (not sure what it's officially called). I think they were only 4-5 bucks each. Pics below. if you're someone who happens to frequent HomeGoods and you'd like a little mission, PM me and I'll reply with a phone number you can text if you're so inclined.
