Safari won't log onto Duke-energy.com nor T-mobile.com

I just get a blank page when I try to open those two sites. Firefox works just fine.

Safari is version 13.1.2. The problem exists on both my iMac and MBP which are both on High Sierra.

Safari on iPhone works just fine. These two sites are the only ones that I know to not work.

Any ideas why I cannot log onto those two sites?

Dunno. I can't login to Chase with the latest Firefox, getting an error message saying I need to use a "newer" browser. But I can login with Safari v12.

I have at least one site, maybe Chase, that tells me I need to be using an updated browser such as Safari when I AM using an updated Safari.

I don't know if or what other version of Safari you are using, but Safari 13.1.2 is old. It dates back to July 2020. Even my laptop running Mojave is running version 14.1.2. The latest version is 15.4

MS Edge seems to work for me (also on 10.13) where Safari no longer does.
