Firefox gurus?
#1
I set up a fresh hard drive in my iBook and reinstalled Firefox from a new download.

Previously I was able to get the option of opening a link in a new window via contectual menu (click and hold) but that option's not there now. Looked through all the settings, couldn't find nuthin'. This option is sorely needed for webmail since the interface is not smart enough to keep the same place in the message list.
Any clues appreciated.

Odd.. it's there in mine.

Maybe it came from TabMixPlus.

Hmmm-- I guess it could be a trackpad setting on the iBook, but I tried control clicking too . . .

Why not hold down the Apple key when you click to open the link in a new tab?

??? That seems to open a new window and close the old one . . .
changed all my trackpad settings but no difference.
