This loss could blow the doors off Boeing.

Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary says the European airline could cancel its jaw-dropping $33 billion order for 330 Boeing jets if U.S. tariffs start driving up prices. His message? If the aircraft get more expensive because of politics, Ryanair will walk.

He said the company doesn't care about politics, it cares about business. If the price increases and Boeing loses its competitive edge, there will be no issue cancelling the order and looking at Airbus or China's COMAC as replacements.

I expect they won't be the last foreign company to cancel major orders, whether it is Boeing or other American companies.

if this opens up the door for Chinese manufacturers, there is probably no going back to the big two.
