Cheeseburgers let out in 90F weather for 3 hours
#1
I grilled a few extra burgers last night and we had people over and didn't notice the burgers left out on teh table (but covered) for about 3 hours. it was freaking hot. but they were in the shade, no direct sunlight.

So I grilled at 6:30 PM and put these in the fridge around 9:30 PM. I wonder if they're still edible or not.

Not a problem if they were cooked well-done.

I wouldn’t eat black flies even if they were fresh off the grill.

Just as safe as those burgers left under the hotlamp for six hours at the local fast food place

It used to be you didn't see them until Brainerd or Baxter but with how wet its been this year I bet they are HUGE

If they're well done, they're not edible even when fresh off the grill.

But I buy burgers, wrap them in foil and eat them 4-5 hours later, no refrigerator, 70ºF ambient.

No mad cow.

Smell test. If nothing is funky I would eat them...
