Can't cancel Apple Store CS3 order

My Photoshop upgrade which ships in two weeks is being "prepared for shipping." Sorry, no cancellations.

What exactly do they do to "prepare" this small box to ship? Does anyone believe they even actually have this item 2 weeks before shipping?

They'll email me return shipping labels.

They'd do well to cancel the order since the price they charged me seemed to be a mistake (and it's now $40 more on the site), but whatever.

Weird. I can still cancel mine. Expected ship date is April 25th. Status is not shipped yet.

Did you get it when it was still $159.00? Maybe that's the first batch.

I ordered throught the Federal Employee store on March 27th for $154. Standard shippng.
