Is Unsanity out of business?

I know a lot of people didn't like Unsanity's products, but Windowshade is something I don't want to do without.

Unfortunately, there hasn't been any word from Unsanity since October about making it work with Leopard (99% of their products won't work with Leopard)

Have there been any rumors about their demise?

I hope not. I've got a whole FruitMenu-based work style with custom contextual
menus that I love using in Tiger-land. I'm hoping t do the same when I upgrade
to Leopard.

I think it's just taking them awhile to get APE working. Apple seems to have made a special effort to disable it.
