I have little Starbucks experience - bascially because the few times I've been there the coffee was pretty poor. In the MA area I've found the Panera chain which to my taste servers far better coffee, has nice cakes and good soup. I don't know if it is a US wide chain and I haven't been in the US for a about 2 years. But well worth the effort.

(After experiencing the Logan two trip ins a row in Nov/early Dec 2005 I've been trying to avoid going over. Last trip to L.A (Lax) in Jan/Feb 2006 was a way better experience airportwise.)

[quote billb]'organic' is relative.

not too much different than 'green'.

It can mean anything and, more often than not, nothing.
Which is why it's important to do some research. Are you saying that since the term is often misused, that means Starbucks should serve coffee that's more toxic than it should be?

Coffee is good for you. Loaded with anti-oxidants. But then I just drink their coffee which costs me about $1.85 for the Venti. You guys can have the cow juice.

venti is Italian for poofter coffee with a lid, right? Real men drink from a chipped mug with a manly logo on it, like

or

if you need a lid to keep it warm, you ain't drinking fast enough.
