Ticket Deals at Sea World San Antonio?

Wife was suggesting just now that we take our 13 year old grand daughter to Sea World. When she wondered how much it would cost I told her that it would set us back $200 or more for the three of us. I was pretty close - an adult ticket is $55.13, age 10 and older considered as an adult. Add a coke or two and we'd be at $200 pretty quickly. Incredibly the cost for children age 3 through 9 is $46.48.

Any suggestions for discounts or coupons that might be available?

Do you know anyone who has one of those Entertainment Books for the San Antonio area? If so, ask if there's a discount ticket for Sea World in it. According to the Entertainment website, there is, but I can't get detailed information about how big it is. I do see the books are now being sold for $9.99, although there's probably tax and shipping added in, so I don't know what the total price would be. It would be worth checking out, though, just to see.

AlphaDog - thanks for the suggestion. I have one of the San Antonio Entertainment books out in the car and thought about checking it after posting. From time to time there are also discounts available with suitably labeled Coca Cola cans. I will have to check those.

If you go to the following website: http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=32 you should be able to find an online code. I didnt have time to search, but there is an online code for southwest airlines that works that gives you 20% off I think. I used it and it saved me a good bit of money when I was just there (Orlando though). The code should work in Texas. Hope this helps!

I think the code I got was cheaper than AAA. It also worked on the behind the scenes tours.
