Ah Willy, in the Safari thread you are my best friend and in this thread you kick me in the shins! I didn't mention it in this thread but I did see my doctor who prescribed anti-inflamatories which seem to be his cure for everything. I will not take them anymore. They have never helped me and they have most certainly hurt my stomach and intestines.
I did pickup some vitamins today. Nature Made calcium (33%), magnesium (33%) and zinc (33%) with vitamin D (50%). Percentages are of daily values. So I only have to take two of a single pill every day and I hopefully will see a change.
