Office 2008 SP1 Makes for a Much More Responsive Word '08

If you were suffering through a couple minutes of spinning beach ball action each time you launched Word '08 go d/l the just released SP1. I just installed and now I "only" have to endure 20 seconds of beach ball action.

I installed in on my macbook and must be the only person to experience zero problems.

Faster than 2004, no issues at all, even though I expect them from M$

I have now cursed myself, I know.

Using Word 2008 on my MacBook for several months with no problems so far. M$ Update says no updates available at this time.
