going on 45 mins on one call to Verizon wireless to change my "postpay" acct to "prepay" having already ported my number to iPhone.
Twice to the prepay dept, twice to post pay dept, once to sales once to business sales, and back to prepay.

Amazing.
Even their coverage doesn't make up for the total lack of competence.
It's funny already.

huh? if you ported your number to an iPhone (ATT), didn't they close your verizon account?
