Employee who drives me nuts!

GrumpyGuy will be fired way before the problem employee.
Yelling at an employee, especially female was a major mistake.

Kind of doubt that. Occasional temper tantrums are recognized by the company as part of life. Consistent management by temper is another thing.

Like I said, usually I approach dealing with people in a stoic manner, but two f-ups in one day did push my buttons, especially considering the time and effort and the personal extension of trust, that I have given this woman.

Fastest way to get rid of her is to schlep her off on another department, if that isn't possible, then I'll start writing her up and bypass the current management obstacles.
