Why peddle in false promises that have no chance whatsoever of helping people with their weight problems? Assuming it's false (which so far there's no evidence presented that it is) the market will pretty quickly find out and it will go away for all intents and purposes.

I never said it would disappear completely, but if it's bogus it will stop being taken seriously by the average consumer. There will of course always be a more than large enough flock of suckers glued to their TVs watching late night informercials for the P.T. Barnums of the world to make a very tidy buck.
