Speakers and TV Tuner

I am chatting with HP CS regarding the TV Tuner software. NOw if there is none in the OS shipped, should I return the system or just download some freeware that will have the same functionality? Hopefully, even better than W7.

UPDATE: CS informed that TV Tuner SW doesn't come with the OS less a TV Tuner HW is purchased with the system :banghead:

That's ridiculous. It's built into the OS. You can't even choose not to install it when you install. They must have customized their OEM build. Freaking lame. Still, I'd ask her to see if she can find it. Should be under Applications somewhere, and called Media Center (IIRC... I already uninstalled it from my win7 machine.)

At least one of the cards I linked to includes "WinTV Installation and Utilities Software CD-ROM" so there's some software, though I think the software included in Windows is pretty good.
