How easy is it to put casters on this computer desk?

Adding casters like that will raise the height of the desk. Hence, keyboard, mouse, display. (Think ergonomics here.) Is that a consideration? Alternatively, you could add felt strips to the bottoms of the panels. We've done that so we can easily slide the furniture on hardwood floors.

Is this going to be on a hardwood floor?

Just about any kind of rug will cause the bottom of the side panels to be stressed when moving it left or right.

If the movement is both limited and cautious, that might be ok. But I'd add a back panel, or a 1x3 along the bottom, at the very least.
